Shrimp
Jambalaya with Wild Rice
Ingredients:
1 pkg. frozen shrimp
1 pkg. frozen oysters
1 c. wild rice
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 can of tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. gumbo file
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper
Place all ingredients in a buttered casserole dish and add 1
cup of water. Cover tightly and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/4
hours.
