Seafood Cocktail
Sauce
Makes 1 cup
1 cup Chili Sauce
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon lemon juice (or 1 teaspoon vinegar may be
substituted)
Hot pepper sauce to taste
Combine chili sauce, horseradish, lemon juice and hot pepper
sauce. Serve with chilled shrimp, seafood, broiled fish or
fish sticks
