Oysters Creamed With Celery


Serves 4

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prepare:
Creamed Oysters, above
Before adding the oysters, thicken the sauce with:
2 egg yolks
Place in a baking dish:
¾ cup peeled, diced white celery
Cover with the creamed oysters and dust with:
Parmesan cheese
Bake until golden, about 15 minutes
