Mushroom And Clam Bisque


Makes 3 Cups

Sauté ½ lb. Chopped mushrooms in: 2 tablespoons butter
Stir in: 1 tablespoons butter
Stir in slowly: 2 ½ cups clam broth
Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Heat but do not boil: ¾ cup cream
Add to the other ingredients.
Season to taste
