Lobster Butter Log
Makes 1 ¾ cups
½ pound cooked lobster, finely chopped
6 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon minced onion
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon paprika
½ cup chopped parsley
Combine all ingredients except parsley in medium bowl. Roll
mixture in plastic wrap; roll into log shape. Refrigerate
about 4 hours or until firm. Roll log in parsley and serve
with crackers or melba toast.
