Quick Tomato Sauce
About 2 ½ Cups

Strain:
1 large can Italian tomatoes: 16 oz.
Add: 3 oz. canned tomato paste
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon onion juice or 2 tablespoons finely grated onion
½ teaspoon sugar
Bring to a boil and simmer gently 15 to 20 minutes
