Mocha Sauce
About 1 ½ Cups

Bring to a boil and cook over moderate heat about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally:
½ cup cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup dark corn syrup
¼ cup sugar or 16 average-sized Marshmallows
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon instant coffee
Swirl in:
2 tablespoons butter
When slightly coo, stir in:
½ teaspoon vanilla
Serve not or cold
