Melba Sauce
About 1 ¾ Cups
Combine and bring to the boiling point in the top of a double boiler
over direct heat:
½ cup currant jelly
1 cup sieved raspberries
Mix and add:
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
½ cup sugar
Cook over-not in-boiling water until thick and clear. Chill before
using. |
