Marshmallow Sauce
About 2 Cups

Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved:
¾ cup sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
¼ cup milk
Bring to a boil, then simmer gently about 5 minutes. Dissolve in top of double boiler by stirring over-not in- boiling water:
½ lb. Marshmallows
2 tablespoons water
Pour the syrup over the dissolved marshmallows, beating well.
Add:
1 teaspoon vanilla
Serve the sauce hot or cold. It may be reheated in a double boiler. Beat well before serving.
