Marinara Sauce
About 1 ½ Cups

Saute lightly:
1 minced clove garlic
in: 2 tablespoons olive oil and the oil from 1 can anchovies
Add slowly:
2 ½ cups canned pressed and drained whole or Italian tomatoes
Stir in:
6 finely chopped anchovies
½ teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
