Chocolate Caramel Sauce
About 1 Cup

Melt over low heat:
4 oz. semisweet chocolate
Stir in and cook until sauce is thick:
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup cream
1 tablespoon butter
Cool slightly and add:
1 teaspoon vanilla
