Basic Web Design Package:

This is the beginner package, perfect for personal pages or small business pages.  This is what you get:

• A four page webpage, including an index page and three linking pages.  These are original pages, not designed from a prefab template page.  Words per page would roughly be about 600-1000 words per page maximum.
• Custom designed graphical navigation.  Consisting of navigation buttons plus a banner or logo for the webpage.
• 2 updates for the webpage in the first 6 months.  If you want more information added or changes to the page.  After the first 6 months there will be a charge to make the changes.
• Upload to your server space.  If you have web space and would like Webterrace.com to handle the uploading of the page we will be happy to provide this service to you.
• If you don't have web space or a domain name and would like to have this webpage set up on a free web space, Webterrace.com will set up the account and the webpage on the free server of your choice.
• Submission to 30 major search engines and over 1000 FFA links. 
• We do NOT  provide domain names or hosting with this package.  If you have space we'll be happy to set the page up or if you want we can set up your site on a free server.
• A zip file that includes all the elements of your webpage emailed to you on completion of the project.
• Email support for the first 6 months after the page is up and running.
• We do NOT design adult pages.
• We do NOT do CGI in the basic package

Cost for Basic Package is: $100 U.S.

Extras:

The basic webpage package can be supplemented and made larger to suit your needs.  Here are some extras you can add:

• Every page over the first four pages there will be a $10 charge per page.
• Doorway pages for you site per keyword will be a $10 charge per keyword.
• Extra graphics depending on the nature of the graphics will be charged on an individual basis.
• Maintenance on the webpage.  If you have a webpage that will be changing frequently and would like Webterrace.com to handle all the updates, you can pay a $50 a month fee for 5 monthly updates to your page (only applicable to pages that would need this type of constant maintenance).

Promotion:

If you have a webpage already but haven't promoted it yet.  We can provide this service for $20.  You will get:

• Your page submitted to 60 major search engines and over 1000 FFA Links.  We will also hand submit your page to Yahoo.com and open directory.
• Meta tags checked for accuracy.
• 2 doorway pages specifically designed for 2 separate keywords.

If you would like custom designed buttons, navigation, or banners please contact us with the details and we'll give you a price range for the project.

Updating an Existing Page:

If you have a webpage already and need someone to update the page or change the existing information on it contact us for the price of updating.  This can vary depending on the size and how much information you want changed on the page.
