Strawberry Sorbet
Makes about 1 pint
1 package (16 oz.) frozen strawberry halves
2 tablespoons Framboise liqueur
1 teaspoon sugar
Thaw the strawberries partially and put in top of blender. Add the
Framboise liqueur and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into any kind of
container or mold, and freeze.
You may do the same thing with raspberries, boysenberries, etc. Add
the liqueur which will complement the fruit or concentrate its flavor. |
