The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) - Animated musical about Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King, who becomes enthralled by Christmas.  He's in charge of Halloweentown, so this causes some confusion and problems.   4. Meet Me In St. Louis (1944) - The classic musical about a St. Louis family during the time of the 1903 St. Louis World's Fair.  While this film begins in the summer thru Christmas, there is a Halloween segment that has the adorable Margaret O'Brien's adventures during Halloween. Starring: Judy Garland, Margaret O'Brien, Mary Astor, Leon Ames. Time: 113 minutes. Rating: Not Rated.

  5. The Adams Family (1991) - Movie takes you from Christmas through Halloween.  When you see the Adams family, you always think of Halloween. Starring: Angelica Huston, Raul Julia. Time: 102 minutes. Rating: PG-13.

  6. Hocus Pocus (1993) - After 300 years, three sisters return to Salem, Mass. To get revenge on the town that hanged them.  Great special effects. Starring: Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy.  Time: 93 minutes. Rating: PG
