Spicy Cheese Trigona
Makes 45 pieces

4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. Grated lemon peel
½ lb. phyllo
1 c. melted, unsalted, clarified butter

Cream cheese, ½ cup softened butter, garlic, pepper and lemon peel until very smooth. Let stand 1 hour at room
temperature. Cut phyllo leaves lengthwise into 5 strips, 2 ½ inches wide. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Using one strip of
phyllo and one teaspoon filling, make triangles. Bake 30 minutes.
