Sponge Cake
1 c. eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Beat eggs with sugar until lemon colored and very thick. Gradually
beat in flour and baking powder until all are blended.
Pour into a greased 9x9-inch pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Delicious served with berries and whipped cream.
