Shrimp Dip
Makes 2 Cups
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. strained yogurt
2 T. horseradish
1 tsp dried dill weed
2 T. ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
3 drops Tabasco sauce
½ lb. chopped cooked shrimp
Combine all ingredients. If too thick, add more yogurt. Chill well
before serving in a bowl that has been rubbed with a
clove of garlic. Use as dip for raw vegetables.
