Shrimp with Pasta
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 T. olive oil
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
½ tsp. oregano
1 lb. fresh or frozen med.-size shrimp, shelled & deveined
6 oz. Feta cheese crumbled
8 oz. cooked pasta
Saute garlic in oil in large skillet over low heat for 1 minute.
Stir in tomatoes and oregano; cook 3 minutes. Stir in shrimp
and Feta. Cook 5 minutes until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
Combine with cooked pasta in large serving bowl.
