Chocolate Pears (Troufes Sokolata)

1 lb. sweet milk chocolate
2 c. walnuts
1 c. pecans
½ c. almonds
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 ½ to 2 T. warm cream
1 T. rum or brandy
Maraschino cherries with stems (opt.)

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add all other ingredients, thinning with more cream if necessary. Form into pear shapes,
or take a maraschino cherry and, using 1 tablespoon of cookie dough, form around cherry to resemble a pear. Allow the
stem of the cherry to become the stem of the pear. Roll in confectioners' sugar.
