Oven-Style Green Peppers
10 med. green peppers
3 garlic cloves
½ c. oil (approx.)
3 T. vinegar
¼ c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
Wash peppers; remove stems. Cut into halves or quarters and remove
seeds. Put in baking pan with all other
ingredients. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for
20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking
another 25 minutes until peppers are done.
