Oven Chicken with Potatoes
1 boiled chicken (which was used to make soup)
8 to 12 lg. potatoes, quartered
4 T. olive oil
4 T. butter
1 ½ tsp. oregano
Juice of 2 lg. lemons
Salt & pepper to taste
Boil potatoes until done. Place chicken and potatoes in broiling
pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over
chicken and potatoes. Broil until golden.
