Orange Yogurt Cake

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 orange (rind grated)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. yogurt
1/8 tsp. salt
2 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, finely chopped

Topping:

Juice of 1 orange
½ c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat and cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs, orange rind, vanilla and yogurt; continue
beating. Sift flour with salt, baking powder and baking soda; add to mixture. Continue beating until blended. Add nuts.
Pour mixture into well-greased angel food pan and bake for 1 hour, or until done. Remove cake from oven and while still
hot, pour the juice of 1 orange mixed with ½ cup sugar over top.
