Marinata Sauce
(For fish)
½ c. olive oil
½ c. vinegar
2 T. rosemary
1 T. flour
4 cloves garlic, minced
Strain oil from frying pan in which fish were fried. Measure out ½
cup. Return to frying pan. Add garlic, rosemary, flour
and vinegar and stir vigorously. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour sauce
over fried fish.
