Lamb with Macaroni
2 lb. lamb
½ stick butter
2 onions, chopped
3 T. tomato paste
Salt & pepper to taste
Water
1 lb. macaroni
Cut lamb into pieces. Saute lamb and onions in the butter. Add
tomato paste, salt, pepper, and enough water to cover the
meat. Cook until meat is almost done. Add macaroni and cook until
macaroni is done. It may be necessary to add more
hot water.
When serving, sprinkle grated cheese over macaroni.
