Cheese Tarts
Serves 24

8 oz. soft cream cheese
¼ lb. butter
¼ c. milk
2 c. flour (approximately)

Mix together all the ingredients to make dough. Roll out and cut with round cookie cutter. Place each into muffin tins that
have been greased. (This may be frozen up to this point.) Fill two-thirds full with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for
30 minutes. Remove immediately. Serves 24.

Filling:

1 lb. cottage cheese
½ lb. Feta cheese

Combine cheeses and mix well. Refrigerate. (This mixture is best when allowed to mellow in the refrigerator for 3 days. It
will keep for 2 weeks.)
