Greek Salad

1 head romaine lettuce
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
3 firm tomatoes, quartered
1 bunch radishes, sliced
16 Kalamata olives
4 slices Feta cheese
8 anchovy fillets

Dressing

2/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. oregano

Blend ingredients of dressing together.

Tear lettuce into small pieces. Place all other ingredients in a bowl. Mix with dressing.
