Greek Corn Cake
2 (8 ½ oz.) boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
9 oz. box yellow cake mix
1 c. hot milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ c. raisins
1/3 c. hot Crisco
Blend all ingredients together except for Crisco. Mix well and pour
into greased 9x9-inch pan. Pour hot Crisco over top
(make sure Crisco is very hot). Bake in 400 degree oven for 30
minutes.
