Cheese and Olive Spread
Makes 2 Cups
½ lb. Feta cheese, rinsed in water
¼ lb. sweet butter
12 pitted black olives
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Cream butter and cheese in mixer. Remove from mixer and add chopped
olives, onion and pepper. Pack mixture into
small bowl. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold in center or large
platter. Garnish with celery, carrot sticks and serve with
crackers of melba rounds.
