Cheese Cake Cookies
Crust:
2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar, lightly packed
2 c. flour
½ c. chopped nuts
filling:
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
½ c. sugar
2 eggs
4 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 t. lemon juice
Mix crust as for pie. Press half into a 9x12x2-inch pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool. Prepare filling as
follows: beat cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients; beat until
smooth. Pour onto baked crust. Sprinkle remaining
crumb mix on top. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool; cut into
squares.
