Beef Phyllo Roll-Ups

2 lb. extra lean ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. finely chopped parsley
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 slices white bread, crusts removed
1 sm. onion, grated
1 lb. phyllo
1 lb. melted butter
6 eggs, separated

Saute meat, removing fat. Add onion and cook until tender. Add seasonings and spices. Make soft crumbs from bread
and add to meat along with parsley. Add slightly beaten egg yolks, stirring quickly. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold
into hamburger mixture. Make according to roll method (directions listed below). Use phyllo sheets which have been cut
into thirds, crosswise. For each roll use 1/3 sheet of phyllo and 1 teaspoon filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
