Baked Noodles

16 oz. noodles, cooked & drained
½ stick butter, melted
6 eggs
2 c. milk
16 oz. ctn. Cottage cheese
2 T. grated Romano cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix noodles with melted butter. Beat together eggs and milk; add noodles, cottage cheese, Romano cheese, salt and
pepper. Blend well and pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven until firm and golden. Cool slightly
and cut into squares.
