Greek Apple and Walnut Cake
1 ½ c. flour
1 ½ c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
½ c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. baking soda
2 T. bread crumbs
4 lg. apples, peeled & shredded
Powdered sugar
Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Pour into greased and
floured 10x14x2-inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30
minutes, then at 350 degrees for another 30 minutes. When cool,
sprinkle with powdered sugar.
