• Do you supply hosting for the webpage?

No, we do not supply hosting for your page.  We design the page and can either set it up on web space you have purchased or can set up the webpage on a free web space provider of your choice.

• How do we contact Webterrace.com?

You can E-Mail us at Webmaster@webterrace.com most of the webpage elements will be handled by E-mail.  Guaranteed response within the day.  If you need to you can contact us through ICQ or any other chat type program, just tell us in advance which you would like to use.

• Are these web pages made from a template?

No, these are all originally designed pages.  Unlike some web designers, all our graphics and pages are custom made.

• Search engine submissions how are they done?

We submit your page by hand to directories such as Yahoo and Open Directory.  We also submit them by hand to the big search engines like, Altavista, Hotbot, and Google.  The rest we submit using a webpage submitting tool.  The pages will appear usually within a month or so, but sometimes search engines won't take the page for any number of reasons.  So, submitting them to search engines doesn't mean a guaranteed listing in the search engines.

• Updates on the pages, how many do I get?

Once we've created the webpage and all parties are happy with the page, you will get two updates from Webterrace.com in the first 6 months.  An update consists of changing the typed information, etc.  This doesn't mean changing the complete layout of the page.
