Drink Name:  Ignorance

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Tequila

• 1 1/2 oz Vodka

• 1 oz Galliano

• Fill glass with Grapefruit Juice

Directions:  In an Old-fashioned glass, pour the Tequila, vodka, and Galliano over ice, then fill the glass with grapefruit juice, stir, and drink.

Drink Name:  Iguana

Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz Kahlua

• 1/2 oz Vodka

• 1/2 oz Tequila

• 1 1/2 oz Sour Mix

Directions:  Shake the ingredients together, add a lime garnish. I love the name of this drink, come on, say it with me, Iguana. It's a fun name.

Drink Name:  Illusion

Ingredients:

• 1 part Midori

• 1 part Vodka

• 1 part Tequila

• 1 part Gin

• 3 parts Pineapple Juice

• 1 scoop Crushed Ice

Directions:  Mix the ingredients in a shaker and put it in a pitcher.

Drink Name:  Impeachment

Ingredients:

• 3 oz Malibu Rum

• 1 oz Peach Schnapps

• 1/2 cup Ice

• 1/2 cup Cream

• 8 pieces Peach Slices

Directions:  Blend peaches, ice, and cream in a blender, then add the alcohol. Serve in a chilled glass.

Drink Name:  Insomniac

Ingredients:

• 4 oz Chilled Espresso

• 2 shots Amaretto

• 1 oz Half & Half

• 2 tbsp Sugar

• 2 ice cubes

Directions:  In a coffee mug, mix the alcohol and sugar, make it into a syrup like, then add espresso (or any coffee), cream, and ice.

Drink Name:  Intimate Encounter

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Malibu Rum

• 1 oz Kahlua

• 1 oz Amaretto

• 1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

• 2 oz Half & Half or Milk

• 4 ice cubes

Directions:  In an old-fashioned glass, mix all the alcohol together with milk or half and half, over ice.

Drink Name:  Irish Monkey

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

• 1/2 oz Banana Liqueur

Directions:  In a shot glass add the Banana Liqueur and then the Bailey's, then drink.

Drink Name:  Iron Butterfly

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Vodka

• 1/2 oz Kahlua

• 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

Directions:  In a cocktail glass with ice, pour all the ingredients, cover it and shake, then serve.

Drink Name:  Italian Flag

Ingredients:

• 1 part Grenadine

• 1 part Bacardi 151

• 1 part Midori

Directions:  In a shot glass pour the grenadine, bacardi, and midori, in that order, use a spoon to layer the drink as you pour each of the ingredients.

• 1/3 oz Vodka

• 1/3 oz Blue Curacao

• 1 dash 7-up

• 1 dash Sour Mix
