Drink Name: Absinthe

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Pernod
• 1/4 oz Anisette
• 1 oz Water

Directions: Shake the ingredients with ice and serve with a lemon peel.

Drink Name: Absolutely Nuts

Ingredients:

• 3/4 a glass Guinness Beer
• 1 jigger of Vodka
• 1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
• 1 tsp Sugar
•  2 Cherries

Directions: Pour the Guinness first then add the cherries. Pour the Vodka and Bailey's Irish Cream and then sprinkle the top with sugar.

Drink Name: Acapulco

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Rum
• 1 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1 tbsp Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Egg White
• 1 Mint Sprig

Directions: Put the first 5 ingredients together with ice and then strain the drink. Put a mint sprig on the top.

Drink Name: After Five

Ingredients:

• 1/3 oz Peppermint Schnapps
• 1/3 oz Kahlua
• 1/3 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

Directions: Equal amounts of Kahlua and Peppermint Schnapps to the top of a shot glass and float the Irish cream on top.

Drink Name: After Hours

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Pepto Bismol
• 2 oz Creme de Menthe

Directions: Mix them together and drink it.

Drink Name: Agent Orange

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Yukon Jack
• 1 oz Jim Beam Whiskey
• 1 oz Apple Schnapps
• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Triple Sec
• 1/2 oz Grenadine
• 2 oz Orange Juice

Directions: Put the ingredients into a mixing canister with a scoop of ice. Shake it and strain it into a Hurricane Glass. Cherry or Orange can be used as a garnish. This one is a strong drink, so beware.

Drink Name: Alabama Slammer

Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz Southern Comfort
• 1 oz Amaretto
• 1/2 oz Sloe Gin
• 1 splash Lemon Juice

Directions: Mix all the alcohol together and then add a splash of lemon juice.

Drink Name: Alaska

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters

Directions: Stir well with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Drink Name: Alien Secretion

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Midori
• 1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
• Fill the remainder with Pineapple Juice

Directions: Mix everything together over ice.

Drink Name: Alien Water Kiss

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
• 1/2 part Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 part Cream
• 1 splash Grenadine

Directions: Pour the alcohol first, over ice, add the remaining ingredients, then shake before serving. Put a cherry on top.

Drink Name: Almond Delight

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Sambuca
• 1/2 oz Amaretto

Directions: Pour the Sambuca and then top it off with Amaretto.

Drink Name: Almond Joy

Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz Creme De Cacao (Brown)
• 1/2 oz Amaretto
• 1 oz Pina Colada Mix
• 1 oz Cream

Directions: Blend and strain.

Drink Name: Amaretto Sour

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Amaretto
• Fill glass with Bar Lime

Directions: Stir ingredients.

Drink Name:  Amaretto Stone Sour

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Amaretto
• 2 oz Sweet and Sour
• Fill glass with Orange Juice

Directions:  Fill a glass with ice, pour the Amaretto, then the Orange Juice. Fill almost to the top of the glass then stir in the sweet and sour. Mix it up.

Drink Name: Amaru

Ingredients:

• 25 ml Midori
• 25 ml Blue Curacao
• 25 ml Aftershock (Cinnamon Liqueur)

Directions: Use Aftershock as the base and the put the Midori and Blue Curacao floating on the top.

Drink Name: American Beauty

Ingredients:

• 3/4 oz Brandy
• 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 1/2 oz Crème De Menthe
• 1 dash Grenadine
• 1 oz Port

Directions: Mix all the ingredients together, except the port, that will be added last and floated on the top.

Drink Name: American Flag

Ingredients:

• 1 part Grenadine
• 1 part Creme de Cacao (white)
• 1 part Blue Curacao

Directions: Spoon float equal amount in the order given.

Drink Name: American Snakebite

Ingredients:

• 1/2 pint Lager
• 1/2 pint Cider (sweet or dry)
• 1 shot Vodka

Directions: Fill a pint glass with Lager and Cider. Then top off with Vodka.

Drink Name: Americano

Ingredients:

• 3 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 1/2 oz Campari

Directions: Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Drink Name: Angel Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Stoli Raspberry Vodka
• 1/2 oz Chambord
• 3 wedges Lemon
• 2 packages Sugar or Sweet & Low
• 2-3 oz Sweet and Sour
• 1 splash Sprite

Directions: Fill a glass (pint glass) with Ice. Squeeze the lemon wedges into the glass and then add the sugar packets. Then put the Stoli Raspberry and Chambord into the glass. Pour half the amount of sweet and sour, shake the drink, the pour the remaining sweet and sour and add the splash of sprite.

Drink Name: Angel's Dream

Ingredients:

• 1 shot Apricot Brandy
• 1 tbsp Cream

Directions: One shot of Apricot Brandy in a glass and then cover with a layer of cream.

Drink Name: Angry Catholic

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Tequila
• 1-2 drops Tabasco Sauce
• 1 splash 151 Rum

Directions: Pour Tequila into a shot glass, add the tabasco sauce, letting each drop go to the bottom. Add the 151 rum and set it on fire. Blow the flames out before you drink it ;o)

Drink Name: Antifreeze

Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
• 1/2 oz 151 Rum
• 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps

Directions: Shake with ice and strain into a shooter glass.

Drink Name: Apache Firewater

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz 151 Rum
• 2 oz Club Soda
• 3-4 drops Tabasco Sauce

Directions: Pour vodka, rum, and soda over ice, stir, and top with Tabasco sauce. You should use a highball glass for this, but any glass will do.

Drink Name: Apple Brandy Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Apple Brandy
• 1 tsp Grenadine
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Directions: Shake with ice and strain it into a cocktail glass.

Drink Name: Apple Juice

Ingredients:
1 part Apple Pucker
1 part Vodka
2 parts Cranberry Juice

Directions: Shake all 3 ingredients and pour in a cordial glass with ice.

Drink Name: Apple Kamikaze

Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz Apple Pucker
• 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz Sour Mix
• 1/4 oz Lime Juice
• 1/4 oz Triple Sec
• 1/4 oz 7-up

Directions: Mix all ingredients in tin and shake then strain into a rocks glass.

Drink Name: Apple Pie

Ingredients:

• 1 part Apple Pucker
• 1 part Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
• 1 part Cinnamon Schnapps

Directions: Mix the ingredients together, chill with ice, and strain into a shot glass.

Drink Name: Apple Pie Shot

Ingredients:

• 1 part Vodka
• 1 part Apple Cider
• 1 squirt Whipped Cream

Directions: Pour cider, vodka, and top with whipped cream.

Drink Name: Apple Pie Slammer

Ingredients:

• 1 part Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
• 1 part Apple Juice
• 1 dash Cinnamon
• 1 squirt Whipped Cream (optional)

Directions: Take a shot glass, fill it half way with apple juice, and the other half with rum. Put the cinnamon on the top. Cover the top of the shot glass with you hand and slam it on the table, just hard enough to mix the cinnamon in the glass. At this point you can add the whipped cream if you want.

Drink Name: Atomic Bomb

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Tabasco
• 1 oz Tequila

Directions: In a shot glass put, Tequila first, Tabasco second.

Drink Name: Atomic Drop

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Fire Water Cinnamon Schnapps
• 3 oz Draft

Directions: Pour the Fire water in one glass, the draft beer in the other. Set the fire water on fire, and then put it in the beer glass and drink it down.
