Exercise
This topic will be dealt with in more detail in the exercise

mention it here though as well, because it is such an
important part of dieting. Now here's a little fact for

Wow, yes, let's say that again 18 times faster, so, you add
muscle to your body it's like getting a new engine put in your
car, the more muscle, the faster you burn up calories, the
faster you burn up calories, the faster you lose weight, and
once you're the right weight and want to maintain, you can eat
more calories and still maintain the same weight. So,
exercise is crucial to a good diet...if there is a magic
bullet to losing weight, it's exercise!
