Temptation, thy name is food!

Yes, well, temptation is being on a diet and having a pound of chocolate in the house.  What do we do about such things?  Don't buy the chocolate in the first place?  Yes, that's the answer, remove temptation if you can.  If you're going to the grocery store, don't buy the foods that you can't resist, don't get that favorite dessert.  If you don't have the foods that you love present, it will make it that much harder to over eat.

I know that many of you have other members in your family that can still eat the junk foods and candy and cake, and I know that this tip is a hard one for busy mothers with active kids that can eat anything they want.  Try though to avoid buying those real temptation foods, the ones that only you adore.  Trust me, if you go in the kitchen for a midnight snack and the only thing in your fridge is a head of lettuce, celery sticks, and carrots, trust me, you couldn't do damage to your diet.

Temptation though is also something you should make your family aware of, that, they could help you on your diet if they too started to eat a little more healthy and a little less junkie.  I know how hard it can be if you're the only person on a diet in a busy household, so getting your family to help out could only lead to positive results.
