Getting Back On the Wagon

You've broken your diet, the sun comes up on a new day, and you break it again, and the day after, and the day after that.  Now, I want to tell you right now, everyone will break their diets, it goes with the territory, but the important thing is, to get back on the diet the day after.  We're only human, and we're allowed to be weak for a moment and break our diets, but one break day shouldn't lead to a week of breaking, a month of breaking, or heck, even a year of breaking your diet.

Getting back on your diet saves you from digging a bigger whole that you'll have to get out of later.  What I'm telling you is this, if you have a break day, don't beat yourself up over it, things like that will happen, but don't give up just because you've had a break day.  I could use all sorts of corny sayings here like, Lose the battle, win the war....Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater...Don't throw your diet out, just because you had one bad day!
