Cranberry Raisin Bread

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/4 cup butter melted (1/2 stick)
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups raisins (you can use the golden or the dark raisins)
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (chopped)
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch loaf pan.

Into a bowl mix all the ingredients together, start with the flour and work your way down the list. Then put the mixture into the loaf pan once all the ingredients are blended. Back for 1 hour. Take it out of the loaf pan and let it cool on a rack.
