Apple Cake

4 eggs 1 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil 1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp vanilla 2 cups flour
Sift with 2 tsp. baking powder
mix together
grease pan 3 inch by 10 inch. Flour

Put half batter on bottom of pan

3 pounds apples cored and sliced.
1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon or half box apricot jello

pour rest of batter on top.

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
