Cinnamon Apple Cake

3/4 cup Crisco Oil
4 eggs
3 cup flour
2 tsp vanilla
7 cups apples (7 or 8 large apples peeled, cored, and cut)
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Beat eggs. Add oil, vanilla and sugar and beat. Mix in all dry ingredients. Fold in cut apples. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
